Simply Amazing!
This place is just fantastic! Steve and Jeanette are so welcoming, and their passion really shines through. Breakfast was the highlight, with homemade bread and loads of choices. We loved the walk they suggested to Lily Tarn—gorgeous views! Just wish the WiFi was stronger, but everything else was spot on.

We had an amazing time with friends, exploring the beautiful area and visiting Scafell Pike and some stunning nearby valleys. The hospitality was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best we've had, with a buffet and cooked options. Make sure to ask for hiking tips, as they really helped us enjoy our adventure! Highly recommend for a chill getaway.
While everything else was great, one of our friends found the room temperature a bit too warm during the night, which made it a little uncomfortable till they adjusted the window.

Smashing choice for a foodie! Luigi's Restaurant, just down the street, dishes out top-notch pasta that'll make your taste buds tango. Plus, the breakfast was a proper feast, catering to a range of diets. Andy, the host, went above and beyond to ensure we were sorted!
A bit of a pickle with the dog situation around town—too many pet-friendly spots, if you ask me! And the parking?

Had a blast staying here! The room was super comfy, and having a nice en suite was a plus. Breakfast hit the spot, and it was fun chatting with other guests. Andy, the host, was super helpful with storing my bike. Just wish the Wi-Fi was stronger. it could be a bit spotty at times.
